Seller & Reseller Terms

Sellers (Seller and Private Label plans) list their own products in their MoneyEarn store and are fully responsible for them: accurate titles, pictures and prices, legal and genuine goods, delivery, warranty and returns. Customers pay sellers directly by cash on delivery, Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank. Every new or changed listing is reviewed by MoneyEarn before it goes live.

When a seller verifies a sale (a cash-on-delivery sale when it is delivered), the seller owes MoneyEarn its share: 20% on a direct sale; on a sale brought by a partner reseller, whatever is left of that 20% after the reseller's margin. The rates in force are shown in the seller dashboard. Amounts owed must be paid from Store → Payments to MoneyEarn within 7 days, otherwise the store is paused until they are paid.

Resellers (Reseller plan or higher) ask a seller to resell a product; the seller approves them and sets their margin. The seller pays the reseller's margin for every verified sale directly to the reseller's Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account, records the transaction ID on MoneyEarn and sends the receipt to the reseller and MoneyEarn. Sellers must share delivery and tracking details for reseller orders. A reseller who isn't paid can report the seller; MoneyEarn may pause stores that don't pay their resellers. Free members can share any product too (Share & Earn) and earn 5%, paid by MoneyEarn from its 20% share, so the seller pays the same as on a direct sale. Resellers must describe products honestly and must not spam or make false claims.

Prohibited: counterfeit or illegal goods, weapons, drugs, adult content, pirated files, fake reviews, taking payment without delivering, and moving sales off MoneyEarn to avoid the shares above. MoneyEarn can remove listings, pause stores and reverse reseller profit for orders that were fraudulent.
