Refund Policy

Plan payments: refund requests are reviewed case by case. When a plan payment is refunded, the plan is cancelled and any affiliate commission it created is reversed through new wallet entries.

Shop orders: you pay the seller directly, so returns and refunds are handled by the seller according to the delivery and return information on their product page. If a seller does not respond, contact MoneyEarn support with your order number — we can pause sellers who break our rules.
