This Privacy Policy explains what personal information MoneyEarn ("we", "us") collects when you use earnmoneyonline.live, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. MoneyEarn is operated from DHA, Lahore, Pakistan. By creating an account or using the website you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, mobile number, country, password (stored only as a secure hash, never in readable form) and the affiliate code you joined with. • Verification: our team may call or WhatsApp your registered number to confirm it belongs to you. If a reward or larger payout requires identity checks, we may ask for your CNIC details. • Payments to MoneyEarn: the plan you buy, the method you used (Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank), the account or number you paid from, the transaction ID (TID) and any payment slip you send us on WhatsApp. • Withdrawals and payouts: the account title and Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account you ask us to pay. If you are a reseller, the payout accounts you add are shown to the sellers you work with so they can pay you. • Wallet and activity: affiliate commissions, sharing gifts, task rewards, reseller profit, withdrawals, the people who joined with your link, and the tasks you start and complete (including the proof you send). • Sellers and stores: store name, city, WhatsApp, payment accounts, products, pictures and files you upload, orders, expenses and reports. • Shop customers: when you order from a store we collect your name, mobile number, city, delivery address and any note, plus the payment method and TID you give. • Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, login sessions and security logs, used to keep accounts safe and prevent fraud. • Messages: anything you send our support team by email or WhatsApp, community posts and reports you submit.

2. How we use your information

• To create and run your account, activate your plan after verifying payment, and provide the features of your plan. • To calculate and pay affiliate commissions, sharing gifts, task rewards and reseller profit, and to process withdrawals. • To run the shop: show your store and products, pass orders to the seller, and let resellers track the orders they brought. • To verify identities and phone numbers, detect duplicate or fake accounts, investigate fraud and enforce our Terms. • To contact you about your account, payments, orders and important changes, by app notification, email, phone or WhatsApp. • To keep accounting and tax records and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

• Sellers: when you order from a store, the seller receives your name, mobile number, city, address and payment details so they can confirm and deliver your order. • Resellers: a reseller can see the orders that came through their link — product, amount, delivery status and courier tracking — but not your phone number or address. • Sellers and their partner resellers see each other's names, payout accounts and the payments recorded between them. • Your affiliate sponsor sees your name and whether you bought a plan, so they can follow their own commissions. • Payment and messaging providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, WhatsApp, email) when we pay you or contact you. • Hosting and service providers that run the website for us, under confidentiality. • Meta (Facebook): only if you choose "Accept all" cookies, the Meta Pixel tells Meta which pages and products you viewed and whether you started or placed an order. We never send your name, phone number or address to Meta. • Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect members from fraud.

4. Cookies

We use a login cookie, a currency cookie and a cookie that remembers your consent choice. Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel) runs only after you choose "Accept all". Full details are in our Cookie Policy, and you can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is open. Wallet, payment, withdrawal and order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes, even after an account is closed. Task proof screenshots sent on WhatsApp are checked by our team and not stored on the website. When an account is deleted, we erase the name, email and phone number and keep only anonymised financial records.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), sessions expire, admin access is limited by role and every admin action is recorded in an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and tell us at once if you think your account was misused.

7. Your choices and rights

• See and update your profile in Dashboard → Profile, and change your password in Settings. • Download your wallet history as a CSV file from My Wallet. • Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account, by emailing moneyearnonlinepro@gmail.com from your registered email. We may keep records we are required to keep by law. • Choose "Essential only" in cookie settings to turn off advertising measurement.

8. Children

MoneyEarn is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if we learn that we have, we delete the account.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell members about important changes by notification or email.
